Highstreet Halloween: Bats

When I posted a feature on my bat patterned leggings, a few people commented saying that they were struggling to find anything batty other than online - whilst goth shops tend to have the odd item, they're all but impossible to find elsewhere. Halloween, however, is the one time of the year that more spooky motifs creep into the mainstream shops, and to celebrate this I'll be posting my pick of the high street's take on our everyday wear.

Happy shopping!

  1. ...it's funny how you post this today.
I've been thinking about that post of yours about bat-patterned leggings lately and how you answered me there are plenty of items with spooky motifs in mainstream stores in Halloween season. Because my first thought was: 'Hey, it makes sense, why didn't I think about it earlier?' - and second was: '...wait, we DON'T have Halloween season in Poland' :D
And I have to thank you for pointing this unconsciously to me, because since yesterday I'm considering writing an entry about how there's no Halloween craze here - and what we have - and had - instead of it.

    1. Aww, it's a shame you don't have such a Halloween craze in Poland - Halloween has never been as celebrated a day in Britain as it is in the US, but it's grown over the past few years. Glad I could inspire you for a post!

    1. You're welcome! I'm sure that there's plenty more over in the states right now. :P
